REFLECTOR REPLACEMENT KIT

FOR USE WITH 1900 SERIES PERKO SEARCHLIGHTS

This kit is necessary when replacing the reflector in an older series Perko searchlight.

This kit contains:

8- Reflector Clip Assemblies, each consisting of a long and short clip.

Proceed As Follows:

(1) Remove the rear cover, saving the screws that hold the cover in place.

(2) Remove and discard the old reflector clips, spacer plates, and reflector, but keep

the screws, nuts and lock washers for step (3).

(3) Using the old screws, lock washers and nuts, secure three of the four new

reflector clip assemblies into place.

(4) Slide the new reflector into place, then insert and secure the last reflector clip

assembly.

(5) Replace rear cover, and secure with the old screws.
